How to pay for home care – Paying for your Assured Quality Care home care service

Self funding customers

As a new customer with Assured Quality Care, you will receive a fortnightly invoice, payable by standing order or direct debit; you will be provided with a standing order or direct debit form when you make the decision to take the Assured Quality Care service.

If you would like to split paying for care between other family members, please let us know as we can easily arrange this with you.

Local authority funded customers

If you receive full social care funding support from your local authority, this means that your local authority may pay Assured Quality Care directly for your care provision.

When receiving your funding from your local authority in the form of Direct Payments, Individual Budget, or a Service Fund then you take care of the payments yourself from this allowance. Ways to pay Assured Quality Care are detailed below, however we do prefer standing orders or direct debit.

You might receive some funded support from your local authority, and self fund for some of your care to top up your care provision, in this case, the same applies.

Direct Debit/Standing Order

If you are currently not paying by direct debit or standing order and would like to do so, please request one from us and we will be happy to send you one out.

Card payment

If for any reason your direct debit or standing order has not gone through or in certain circumstances, we can accept a card payment. You can give us a call to pay by card.

If possible, when you call please provide us with your Assured Quality Care service user number, this will make the process quicker.

Your Assured Quality Care service user number can be found on your invoice.

We accept all major cards.

Bank transfer

If you can do a bank transfer directly from your bank to ours, please give us a call to arrange this.

Cheque and Cash

Unfortunately we do not accept either cheque or cash payments; please do not send cheques or cash, or pay cash to any of our care workers.

Our local care team cover South Leeds, Morley, Dewsbury, Batley and Wakefield. We offer a localised, reliable and quality home care service within these areas.
